Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our People Safety Team as an Injury Care Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-practice injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies for our team members. Your primary goal will be to support our team members in their recovery journey and ensure they receive compassionate, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies for team members, working closely with their Line Leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a caseload/portfolio of early intervention cases and workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on practice and return-to-work outcomes, driving strategies for improvement and intervention.
  • Maintain regular engagement with relevant stakeholders, including Third Party Administrators, FPES, Rehabilitation Providers, and Treating Health Professionals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and injury management, specifically in claims management end-to-end. Allied health qualifications (OT, EP, Physio) will be highly regarded. You must have a deep understanding of return-to-work and rehabilitation best practices, as well as solid knowledge of workers' compensation self-insurance regimes, requirements, and practices.
