About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Officer to join our team at Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting aquatic and leisure activities to the community.
  • Provide accurate information and a positive experience to prospective members, handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems.
  • Conduct tours of the centre/facility to turn prospective members into ongoing subscribers.
  • Process memberships and data entry in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities.
  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Belgravia Leisure C.L.E.A.R Values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
