Sales Consultant for Hair Transformation Treatments
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results from consultation to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through consultations to create personalized treatment plans.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout their journey.
- Driving sales growth by hitting and exceeding targets, including lead conversion and retention.
- Collaborating with clinic staff to ensure top-notch client experiences.
- Helping shape and execute effective sales strategies.
- Encouraging positive reviews on relevant platforms.
- Providing regular performance reports and sales forecasts to leadership.
