Production Operator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate evaporators and dryers with high safety and quality standards.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
  • Work flexible shifts, including overtime, and adapt to changing work rosters.
About You:
  • You must be self-motivated, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Previous experience operating equipment in the food industry or similar environment is required.
  • Exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles, are necessary.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, as well as experience with SAP systems, are highly regarded.
