Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacy assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be working in a community pharmacy environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

About the Role:

  • You will assist customers with general pharmacy inquiries and provide support with dispensing medication.
  • Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Deliver medications to patients, ensuring timely and reliable service.
  • Perform webster packing duties, adhering to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, patient interactions, and other relevant information.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is essential for delivering medications.
  • Previous experience working in pharmacy is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service and professional health advice is necessary.
  • S2 & S3 trained applicants or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded.
