We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to lead our store as a joint venture partner in Port Pirie, South Australia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive business growth and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
**Job Description:**
The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing staff, managing stock, and maintaining high-quality clinical care and customer service standards. We require someone who is passionate about leadership and has a strong understanding of the optometry industry.
**Requirements:**
* A current Australian optometry license
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a team
* Proficiency in OCT technology
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* High level of customer service and adaptability
* Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art equipment and dispensing software
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
