Job Summary

We are seeking two exceptional Occupational Therapists to join our team: a permanent full-time OT and a temporary full-time OT (May-July 24), with the option to extend. As an Occupational Therapist at Early Links, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and support networks to achieve meaningful goals and improve daily life skills. You will have the opportunity to create innovative group programs, work with a diverse caseload, and enjoy flexible working hours and locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans that address the unique needs of clients with neurodiversity
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and support networks to achieve goals and improve daily life skills
  • Create and lead innovative group programs that promote skill development and community engagement
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in occupational therapy, incorporating new knowledge and skills into practice
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy degree (undergraduate or masters)
  • AHPRA Registration & Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
  • CPR and First Aid certificates - Or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening - NSW
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Working with Children Check
  • COVID vaccination
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle (preferable)
