The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small team of Clinical Assistants, ensuring the smooth recovery and distribution of tissues. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in clinical or tissue banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rosters, workload, and leave to maintain efficient operations
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards
  • Coordinate receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless processes
