The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled body builder to join our team in Victoria. As a body builder, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, restoring vehicles to their original condition, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

  • Assess the vehicle's damage to determine how to perform the restoration work
  • Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained & used appropriately
  • Treat company equipment with the same respect for your own tools
  • Advise the Parts Interpreter of any additional parts required not originally quoted on the estimate
  • Co-ordinate with other workers in the workshop to ensure the workflow is appropriately placed
  • Notify of any product shortages which would restrict production
  • Check the schedule daily to ensure time-frames are met
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Meet deadlines and deliver results
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified
  • Mechanical knowledge to assist in the usage and maintenance of tools
  • An overall aptitude for technical activities
