Key requirements for this role include:
- A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion for delivering world-class care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
