The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Performance Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional Implementation Planning and Buying services across Social, Search, Programmatic, and E-Comm channels. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and automation, you will ensure client campaigns are executed with precision, efficiency, and future-facing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Performance team, overseeing direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for client teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal reports, and publishers, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and high-quality results.
- Analyse complex data and problems, creating innovative solutions that drive business results for clients.
- Proven experience as a team leader, with a passion for Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Comm, Data, and Tech.
- Strong media landscape knowledge, with ability to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends, and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and respect within the network.
- In 3 months: Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, demonstrate a clear understanding of the agency's proposition, and immerse yourself in the team to understand campaign status.
- In 6 months: Deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and lead Performance processes for client teams.
- In 12 months: Take ownership of campaigns and clients, build strong publisher relationships, and elevate your impact and influence within the business.
