Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Dairy Department Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the dairy department to achieve exceptional results.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including monitoring stock levels, maintaining high standards of quality control, and driving engagement among team members.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.

They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct/Indirect leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
• Ability to maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
