Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and playing a key part in the rental car return process.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with check-in, and ensuring that all vehicle details are accurately recorded.

A full valid driver's licence is required for this position, which is casual and requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rover/Return Agent at Perth Airport. In this capacity, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assess returned vehicles for potential new damages and report accordingly.
  • Verify vehicle gas levels and kilometres, accurately recording them on handheld devices when necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A full valid driver's licence.
  • Minimum 3-4 days availability per week.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company standards.
