Social Media and Content Strategist

Melbourne & Olympic Parks is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Advisor to join our digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Manage day-to-day social media communities, ensuring engagement and growth.
- Produce and manage high-quality digital content that aligns with current social media trends and best practices.
- Analyse social media performance and provide insights to inform our digital strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hirers, and corporate partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and content.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong demonstrated ability to apply customer data, analytics, and audience insights to digital marketing and social media strategies.
