Clinical Medicine Leadership Position

Take the next step in healthcare leadership as Clinical Director of Medicine at a key hospital in Central Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver great care for Central Queenslanders.
  • Influence the delivery of services across CQ Health.
  • Drive excellence in clinical outcomes, scholarship, and staff development.
Achieve Success:
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia required.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist with the AHPRA needed.
  • Fellowship of the RACP essential.

Candidates with an additional sub-specialty or interest in a sub-specialty are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering high-quality patient care and driving positive outcomes.

We offer a total remuneration package of up to $573,972 p.a., including a salary rate between $210,332 - $266,677 p.a.
