Job Title

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile software development.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of millions of users.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to develop and deliver complex features and products.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Analyze internal systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Share knowledge through technical talks, workshops, and promoting best practices.
  • Identify, triage, debug, and resolve issues across various applications and platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to junior developers.
  • Help establish the technology roadmap and architecture based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on and shipping large-scale Android applications.
  • Familiarity with Java and Kotlin/Swift programming languages.
  • Knowledge of unidirectional and reactive programming paradigms and industry-standard patterns.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose and unit testing.
  • Strong understanding of usability and good design principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a low-ego, highly functional team.
  • Bonus points for experience with side projects or open-source contributions.
