We are seeking a Mechanical Coordinator to join our Energy division, based in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday with some ad-hoc offshore travel throughout the year. This role will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference and build a career.
Role Responsibilities:- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements.
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required.
- Develop and coordinate mechanical work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
- Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
- Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
- Knowledge and experience working in an offshore maintenance environment.
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system.
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements.
- Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
