Healthcare Leadership Specialist

Brightwater Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a Clinical Nurse Manager role at our Onslow Gardens site in Subiaco. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care to our clients.

This leadership position requires strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care that reflects Brightwater's mission and values.

Onslow Gardens is a newly refurbished facility offering a range of services for older adults. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in aged care nursing and clinical leadership, working within a multidisciplinary model.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years' experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent, with current registration with AHPRA. You will possess strong leadership capabilities, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary equivalent to a public health SRN3 ($108,460 - $121,135 per annum), plus generous benefits including salary packaging, five days of professional development leave, and discounted membership with the Australian College of Nursing.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Three years minimum experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA;
• Excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills;
• Leadership capability and initiative, including an interest in leading and supporting others;
• Motivation and capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary model;
• Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement;
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• The capability to liaise, consult, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build successful relationships;
• Knowledge of the aged care sector and standards;
• Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination and full COVID vaccination;
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance;
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old);
• A WA driver's licence.
