Ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment is crucial for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance and creating a positive atmosphere for our customers.

This Store Team Member position involves executing a comprehensive cleaning checklist across all departments and throughout the store, utilizing various equipment and products to meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions, is a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Physical fitness, activity level, and ability to lift up to 17kgs are also essential requirements. Flexibility to work varied shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week, and willingness to commute outside of public transport operating hours are necessary.

A thorough training program will be provided for the safe use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment, making prior experience unnecessary for this position. The selected individual will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute a comprehensive cleaning checklist across all departments and throughout the store.
- Utilize various equipment and products to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
- Work autonomously both indoors and outdoors.

  • Can work independently and follow instructions.
  • Is physically fit, active, and energetic, able to lift up to 17kgs.
