Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Processing Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in processing salmon by-products with a focus on efficiency and quality standards.

You will perform cleaning and sanitation tasks, including pressure washing and equipment maintenance. You will also conduct quality checks and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate machinery and assist with general plant operations as required. A team player with a strong communication and positive attitude is essential for this role.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the processing of salmon by-products
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
  • Conducting quality checks and adhering to safety protocols
  • Operating machinery and assisting with plant operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license (for reliable travel to and from work)
  • A fork lift license (or a willingness to obtain one) – training can be provided
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • No prior experience required, full training provided
