Key Responsibilities:- Assess and develop individualised support plans for NDIS participants, focusing on their strengths and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based support plans, utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and working collaboratively with participants, families, and carers.

- Act as an advocate and role model for best practice, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- 6 months experience providing Behaviour Support in an NDIS setting.
- Current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
- Membership/registration with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA, ESSA, SPA, AOB, ANZACATA, or AASW.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
