At FinXL, we are seeking an experienced IT Tester to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role working on-site in Sydney CBD.

The successful candidate will be working on a large data transformation project and will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality of technical design documents through timely and meaningful feedback
  • Conducting thorough testing throughout the development process to identify potential issues
  • Preparing, reviewing and executing test plans and strategies
  • Leading and mentoring team members to drive quality output

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in IT and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to plan, sequence, track and report project status and outcomes.

A bachelor degree in IT is preferred but not required. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including Agile project management. Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing and API Automation is highly desirable.
