About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with NDIS participants to improve their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapy programs to enhance client independence.
  • Conduct home-based occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultations.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and provide tailored solutions to functional barriers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work from our Essendon/Laverton hub, in the community, or from home.
About You
  • You are an experienced mental health-focused Occupational Therapist with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You are passionate about working in the community sector and committed to improving client independence.
  • You have a strong desire to work with others and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are AHPRA registered, NDIS cleared, and WWC ready to start work.
