Industrialization Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing the industrialization of a regional train project. As a Product Industrialization Manager, you will oversee the development of industrial documentation, ensure processes are defined and implemented, and serve as the primary point of contact for core team functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account during product specification and design.
- Analyze tooling requests and propose suitable solutions.
- Work with Industrial Development to prepare the introduction of new technologies and develop process validation plans.
- Collaborate with Tooling Department to create a plan for tooling and manufacturing equipment.
- Contribute to building the Industrial Management Plan (IMP) with Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, with strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes, tools, and supply chain requirements. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Requirements:- Degree in relevant field from an accredited university under the Washington Accord.
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, IT systems, design documents, CAD, and supply chain requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
