We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who shares our passion for creating standout dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. As a key member of our team, you'll lead and manage kitchen operations, motivate and develop your team, and work closely with our Head Chef to execute innovative Tex-Mex menus.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Motivate and develop your kitchen team to foster a culture of growth and learning.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to create and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain a smooth-running kitchen.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
To succeed as our ideal Sous Chef candidate, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- A true passion for food and the drive to create memorable dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A love for Tex-Mex cuisine (or a desire to learn) and enthusiasm for delivering bold, vibrant flavors.
