Early Childhood Education Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team.

This pivotal leadership role requires a passionate and dedicated individual with a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).

The successful candidate will inspire and guide a team of educators, champion high-quality practices, and nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver inspiring, child-led programs
  • Leading reflective practice across the team to encourage growth and innovation
  • Using Storypark effectively to document children's learning in a meaningful and professional way
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain consistent, high-quality practices throughout the centre
  • Establishing, nurturing and fostering strong and inclusive relationships with children to support their development and wellbeing
  • Partnering with families to promote open, honest communication and shared goals
  • Guiding the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, PR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
