Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting individuals with their recovery and return to work following injury or illness.

This is a part-time or casual position within our Injury Management team in the Fraser Coast/Bundaberg regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide case management services across various customer portfolios
  • Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge
  • Interact with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Required disciplines: Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership)
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
