Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, promoting programmatic adoption and effectively articulating the value proposition of game advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
  • Grow existing revenue book of business by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Present buying platform demos virtually and in-person to prospective clients.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue.
  • Participate in agency workshops/presentations driving programmatic game advertising adoption.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience, 3+ years driving programmatic sales in an agency/advertiser-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplaces (PMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), Ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of exceeding programmatic sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ambitious with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
