About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a casual Educator to join our team at Only About Children Brighton East. As an integral part of our centre, you will play a key role in supporting children through their daily routines and fostering a warm and welcoming environment for all our children.

In this role, you will work closely with our educators to create exciting activities and experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with families about their child's day, providing them with valuable insights into their development and progress.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of three days availability per week
  • Certificate III or Diploma Qualification (or studying towards)
  • Flexibility to work on-call or be booked in advance
  • Working With Children Check - Employee
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with children of various ages is desirable
  • An understanding of child protection, safety, and wellbeing principles
