About the RoleThis is an opportunity to join a supportive, innovative team with strong leadership and a commitment to safety and quality care. As a Registered Nurse in our client's ICU/CCU/HDU, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments for critically ill patients
- Developing and implementing comprehensive, patient-centered care plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Adhering to national healthcare standards and ensuring optimal patient outcomes
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Be registered with AHPRA
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in ICU/CCU/HDU and the ability to work across all three specialties
- Hold current Ventilator Competency and Advanced Life Support
- Be flexible and available to work across rotational rosters
- Be comfortable using digital health systems and supporting Canberra's health sector transformation
- Be committed to continuous professional development
- Pass a National Police Check

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
