ICT Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to oversee the technical planning and delivery of complex ICT projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale technical system delivery across agencies, with a strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical solution planning and delivery for new capabilities, aligning technical and business aspects with internal and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, balancing technical dependencies and business priorities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, user pain points, and operational gaps to ensure scalable and user-centric solutions.
  • Manage delivery partners for system implementation and act as the technical lead within agile teams, resolving complex cross-functional issues.
  • Oversee project delivery using standard tools, ensuring adherence to technology standards, managing risks, issues, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive project management experience (5-8 years) within Federal or State Government environments, managing complex technical ICT system delivery across agencies.
  • Strong and current knowledge of project management and governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a recognised project management certification (e.g., Diploma of Project Management).
  • Demonstrated experience in identity-focused fraud prevention initiatives (e.g., identity resolution, secure authentication, access management, fraud risk detection).
