We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our Street Crew team as an Audio Innovator. As part of ARN, the leader in audio in Australia, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of audio and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

About the Role:

  • Represent ARN Brands on the streets, interacting with crowds, and amplifying events to drive traffic.
  • Entertain and engage with audiences through MCing, content, and marketing events and activations.
  • Setup event sites according to station standards and ensure a high-quality experience for attendees.
  • Capture event moments through photography and share on social media channels.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to the Brand and Promotions team after each activation.
  • Offer ad-hoc office assistance to the Promotions team and Reception as needed.
  • Maintain company vehicles, including petrol, interior cleaning, and written incident reports.

What You'll Need:

  • Reliable time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Interest or experience in events, promotions, and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Well-presented, energetic, and a good brand ambassador.
  • Full driver's license preferred.
  • A problem-solver with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved.
