Role Summary:
The Pittwater House Schools is seeking an experienced and dynamic educator to lead our Junior School curriculum. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality learning outcomes across the P-6 classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the P-12 Head of Teaching and Learning, the Coordinator of Diverse Learning, and the Junior School leadership team to enhance student learning.
- Develop and deliver NESA curriculum across all stages, ensuring expertise in programming and delivery.
- Lead teacher collective efficacy, staff development, and enable all teachers to be involved in producing sequential and high-quality teaching and learning programs.
- Monitor student data and use it to inform curriculum direction for continual improvement of student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to teach in NSW and current NESA accreditation.
- Expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and inform curriculum direction.
