Project Manager/Coordinator - Network Infrastructure

Attribute Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee major physical network infrastructure projects, including cyber room relocations and fibre optic and copper upgrades. This hands-on role requires on-site presence to effectively manage projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate all projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections and coordinate with various teams and contractors
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing network infrastructure projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, including fibre optic and copper systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cyber room relocations or similar critical IT infrastructure projects
  • Excellent understanding of safety protocols in industrial settings
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
