The Opportunity

We're seeking applicants for our 2-year Graduate Program, spanning 2 years.

As an Engineering Graduate, you'll gain experience in a broad range of disciplines, including network and asset planning, substation and lines engineering, design management, delivery, network operations, and maintenance.

You'll work on projects that drive the future of energy, contributing to real-life solutions that support sustainable energy infrastructure for generations to come.

About You

We're looking for candidates who are due to complete their studies in 2024 or have completed their university studies within the last two years.

You'll need to display a natural curiosity for the power and energy sector, a love of learning, an inquisitive mind, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

You'll also need to possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or relevant discipline
  • A positive attitude and solutions-focused approach
  • Initiative and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A strong desire and ability to acquire both technical and business knowledge/skills
  • Analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
