Family Contact Specialist

The Child Protection Scheduler plays a vital role in the supervision and transportation of children to and from their family contact. This is undertaken within the framework of Child Protection legislation, practice guidelines, and best interest principles.
This role requires operating outside normal office hours with relevant overtime or time in lieu provisions applying.
- Referrals: Accept screened Child Protection referrals for cases where a Case Support Worker is required to facilitate a transport and/or contact between children and their families.
- Allocate referrals to case support workers, ensuring resources are also booked such as access rooms and cars.

- Ensure necessary resources are available for successful outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Child Protection legislation and policy.
