We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Design & Engineering Project Manager to join our team at a dynamic and growing company that is passionate about improving lives through better sleep solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Product Design and Research and Development projects, working closely with the Head of Product Design & Engineering to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the Head of Product Design & Engineering to develop projects and their requirements.
- Motivate and excite teams to work on projects, ensuring clear communication about project progress and goals.
- Break down projects into understandable milestones/subgoals to ensure teams are working on the right goals at the right time.
- Determine project resourcing and identify who is responsible for tasks.
- Work closely with project team members to ensure they have what they need to complete their work.
- Build team morale through strong rapport, clear communication, and shared purpose.
- Maintain project momentum by checking in regularly, identifying blockers, and helping to resolve them.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery. You will also develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
