Job Overview

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage warehouse teams, drivers, and logistics coordinators in the Operations Department.
  • The role will be responsible for managing resource requirements, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders, and evaluating adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Problem-solving operational issues to mitigate risk to service disruption will also be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehouse operations, including stock management, receiving and putting away, and ensuring efficient storage to meet customer needs.
  • Manage all warehouse operations using the warehouse management system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and evaluate adherence to SLAs.
  • Process returns and warranties in accordance with company procedure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement solutions to satisfy business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation and problem-solving.
