**Strategic Leadership Opportunity**

We seek a visionary leader to drive our organization towards a more sustainable future.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's mission and purpose are upheld.
  • Monitor and evaluate programs and activities to ensure alignment with our mission and achievement of short-term goals and long-term purpose.
  • Ensure executive performance by setting objectives and performance indicators for senior leaders and regularly reviewing their performance.
  • Oversee organizational operations to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.
  • Adhere to relevant governance standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Deep understanding of cultural, political, economic, and social context of the Pacific.
  • Sufficient time commitment (approximately 15-20 hours per month).

**Desirable Skills:** Experience in environmental or wider movements, leadership experience, and relevant networks.
