Recycling Technician

At our recycling facility, we're committed to making a positive impact on the environment. As a Recycling Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

This is a fast-paced position that requires sorting through containers of bottles and cans dropped off by customers. Shift lengths will vary from 4-8 hours, with start times ranging from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome;
  • Sort containers efficiently in a warehouse setting;
  • Inspect products for quality control;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
  • Stand for extended periods;
  • Engage in medium to heavy lifting activities.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg safely;
  • A can-do attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks effectively;
