About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Sommelier.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for service and wine, with a good understanding of the industry, both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities include contributing to exceptional service experiences, building relationships with patrons through confident service and genuine knowledge of food and wine.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support the management team across all aspects of service and wine, including opening and closing of the venue, stock management, wine consults, and training.

As a leader, you will inspire and encourage your colleagues through the sharing of knowledge and honest hospitality.

Career advancement opportunities are available within our expanding group, including in-house wine training and development, as well as the opportunity to study WSET level 2 and 3.

You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, working closely with the kitchen team in a collaborative environment.
