We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front-of-House Sales Ambassador to join our team on a casual basis.
The ideal candidate will be an efficient, pro-active retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, and take ownership over them to meet or exceed them
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
- Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements:
- A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles, you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
