Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Target. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in your assigned departments.

• Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and fixtures to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers.
• Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth in your assigned departments.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
• Compliance: Ensure the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth, and experience with visual merchandising and store operations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
