Job Title: Software Engineering Lead/ Applications Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Lead and Applications Architect to join our team at NCS Australia. As a key member of our Applications Engineering Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and architect scalable and secure solutions across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best software engineering practices.
  • Lead the creation of software documentation and architecture diagrams to guide implementation, collaborating with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and craft compelling proposals that deliver tangible business value.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to showcase our capabilities and architect comprehensive solution designs that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineering Lead and/or Applications Architect.
  • Extensive experience in software architecture and design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including their development services and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in implementing Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and development frameworks (e.g., Spring,.NET, Django).
