At Coles Supermarkets, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. As a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member, you'll be responsible for collecting trolleys from the carpark and local area, returning them to our in-store trolley bays, and performing various cleaning tasks throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a Coles Services company vehicle to collect trolleys and return them to our in-store trolley bays.
  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
About You and Your Skills
  • You'll need a full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record.
  • You'll work both indoors and outdoors, and be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • You'll be committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You'll have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, and a passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe Work practices.
  • You'll be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You'll be active and physically fit, and able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • You'll be available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
