Job Description:
This integral role supports the Conduct and Integrity Branch by maintaining essential data and records, building key relationships, and analysing data for high-level reporting.
About the Role- Maintain case management systems and ensure records compliance
- Generate and analyse reports on employee conduct data
- Manage correspondence, including drafting and directing responses
- Provide support for various projects within the Conduct and Integrity Branch
- Assist in developing and revising procedural manuals
- Offer advice and improvements on processes and procedures
- Handle stakeholder management, enhancing the branch's reputation as a trusted advisor
- Effectively plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet departmental objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and maintaining data and records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and improve communication
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of procedural manuals and guidelines
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a Government Department, with skills in data analysis, stakeholder relationship building, and administrative information management.
