We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive English as Additional Language Dialect (EAL/D) Teacher to join our team at Dryandra Primary School.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the school strategic plan and work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement effective EAL/D programs.
- Teach and support EAL/D students in a differentiated and challenging learning environment that caters to a range of needs.
- Develop and lead a whole school approach to EAL/D implementation, working collaboratively with staff to develop and implement high-impact strategies.
- Provide feedback and support to staff on the use of identified high-impact EAL/D strategies and assist staff to develop self-assessment and feedback techniques to measure their impact.
- Report on EAL/D students using the EAL/D Progress Map and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes.
