We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to handle complex disputes with excellent support from a collaborative team and award-winning partner. You will have the chance to work on high-profile disputes across Queensland, handling a diverse range of matters including contract disputes, IP litigation, construction disputes, insurance litigation, regulatory matters, commercial property disputes, and insolvency matters.

You will be working directly with a Partner recognised as a leading practitioner across Legal 500, Doyles Guide, and Best Lawyers Australia. To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A strong foundation in disputes with 4 to 9 years of PAE experience.
  • A good understanding of the Corporations Act, UCPR, and alternative dispute litigation.
  • Experience working at a large specialist, mid-tier, or national firm.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a proven track record in commercial litigation, a strong foundation in disputes, and experience working at a large specialist, mid-tier, or national firm.

You should also have a good understanding of the Corporations Act, UCPR, and alternative dispute litigation.
