We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Capricornia Correctional Centre. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide high-quality psychological services to adults accommodated in the centre, including assessment, case management, and interventions that promote mental health, well-being, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults experiencing difficulties related to suicidality, mental health problems, cognitive impairment, or developmental disorders.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote positive rehabilitative outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Requirements- Eligible for registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Provisional Psychologists must be either currently on the 4+2 internship pathway or have completed an APAC-accredited 5th year degree in psychology and be eligible for the 5+1 internship pathway.
