Customer Success Specialist Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during technical deployments
  • Partnering with Account Directors and Solution Consultants to develop account strategies
  • Gaining a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and systems
  • Championing the success of customers by optimising the performance and impact of their projects

You will need:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • A focus in data privacy, forensic investigations, eDiscovery, etc. is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A high energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively solve problems
